Tzatziki Chicken & Veggie Naan Pizza

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

 

1. Preheat the Oven:

Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Prepare the Naan:

Place the naan breads on a baking sheet and brush them lightly with olive oil.

3. Assemble the Pizza:

Spread a thin layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan.

Evenly distribute the shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion on top.

4. Add Seasoning and Cheese:

Sprinkle the crumbled feta over the toppings.

Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

5. Bake the Pizza:

Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the naan is crispy and the toppings are warmed through.

6. Finishing Touches:

Drizzle the remaining tzatziki sauce over the pizzas.

Garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve immediately.
