For the BBQ Sauce:

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ribs:
    • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
    • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better tenderness.
    • Pat the ribs dry with paper towels and rub them with olive oil.
  2. Apply the Dry Rub:
    • In a small bowl, mix all the dry rub ingredients.
    • Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the seasoning mix.
  3. Wrap and Bake:
    • Wrap each rack of ribs tightly in aluminum foil.
    • Place them on a baking sheet, meat side up, and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
  4. Prepare the BBQ Sauce:
    • In a small saucepan, combine the barbecue sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
    • Simmer for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  5. Glaze and Broil:
    • Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them.
    • Brush a generous layer of BBQ sauce over the ribs.
    • Set your oven to broil and cook the ribs for 5-7 minutes, until caramelized and slightly charred.
  6. Serve:
    • Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
