Homemade No-Bake Twix Cheesecake Recipe

 

Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup melted butter

1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 cups cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup chopped Twix bars


Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.

Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to set.

2. Make the Chocolate Ganache

Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it just starts to simmer (do not boil).

Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips in a bowl.

Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then whisk until smooth and glossy. Set aside.

3. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

 

4. Assemble the Cheesecake

Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust.

Drizzle a layer of caramel sauce and sprinkle half of the chopped Twix bars over the filling.

Add the remaining cheesecake filling on top, smoothing it out with a spatula.

5. Top It Off

Pour the chocolate ganache over the cheesecake, spreading it evenly.

Drizzle additional caramel sauce and sprinkle the remaining Twix pieces on top for decoration.

6. Chill

Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4-6 hours, or overnight, to fully set.

 

7. Serve and Enjoy

Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springformpan, slice, and serve.
