High Protein Crack Dip

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz (2 cups) sour cream
  • 1 oz packet ranch dressing mix
  • 3 oz bacon bits (from a packet, not the plastic jar)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cottage cheese or plain Greek yogurt (for extra protein)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions or chives (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

 

1. In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt), and ranch dressing mix until well combined.

 

2. Stir in the bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend (optional but recommended).

4. Garnish with chopped green onions or chives before serving.

5. Serve with celery sticks, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, pork rinds, or keto-friendly crackers.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Stir before serving if any separation occurs.
