Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven – Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set it aside.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients – In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme.
- Incorporate Cheeses – Add the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan to the dry mixture, stirring to distribute them evenly.
- Mix Wet Ingredients – In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
- Make the Batter – Gently mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Transfer to Pan – Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake – Place the pan in the oven and bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool & Serve – Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
