* Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
° 3 eggs
:: 1 1/2 cup oil
° 1 1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
° 2 1 /2 cup sugar
2nd can of condensed milk
200 g chopped strawberries
100 g butter
° 150 g milk powder
* Instructions for use
1) Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2) Butter the mold and line the base with parchment paper and flour.
3) Sift flour baking soda salt and cocoa (cocoa powder) into a bowl and set aside.
4) In another bowl combine eggs oil buttermilk and vanilla extract.
5) Add the dry ingredients in 2 portions and mix by tapping.
6) Stir the sugar until completely dissolved.
7) Add batter to pan and bake for 25 minutes or until batter comes out clean if set.
8) Allow to cool on the sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
9) Cut off the tip and prick with a spoon.
+ For garnish:
1) Melt the butter in a saucepan then add the condensed milk and milk powder and mix well until a soft paste is formed.Add chopped strawberries.
3) Pour it into the hole in the cake and put back the lid you took off earlier? Cover the
cake with melted milk chocolate and decorate as you like.
