Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Assemble the Dish:
- Arrange the chicken in the center of a large sheet pan or baking dish.
