Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess grease. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
4️⃣ Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle. Add a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center and fold the dough to seal it.
5️⃣ Combine melted butter and grated Parmesan, then brush over each sealed bomb.
