Air Fryer Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper, stirring until well blended.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the honey butter mixture, coating evenly.
  4. Roll the tenders in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure a good coating.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray, then arrange the tenders in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
