  • 1 kg potatoes
  • Sunflower oil (for frying)
  • Cold water (as needed)
  • 2 tsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes
    • Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks about 1 cm thick. You can leave the skin on if preferred, just make sure to wash them well.
  2. Soak in Vinegar Water
    • Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl and cover them with cold water.

    • Let them soak in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, but ideally up to an hour.
