Ingredients:
1 can (8 pieces) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin to prevent sticking.
2. Prepare the Cheese Filling:
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and garlic powder. Mix until evenly combined.
3. Stuff the Dough:
Flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a small circle. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
4. Place in the Muffin Tin:
Place each stuffed dough ball seam-side down into the greased muffin tin cups.
5. Top with Butter:
Brush the tops of each dough ball with melted butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley (if using) and a small pinch of salt.
6. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the muffins are puffed.
7. Serve:
Allow the muffins to cool slightly before removing them from the tin. Serve warm and enjoy!
