Instructions:
- Cook the Meat:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef or sausage and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Drain any excess grease if necessary. - Sauté the Vegetables:
Add diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant. - Cook the Cabbage and Seasonings:
Add the chopped cabbage and mix well.

Pour in the diced tomatoes (with their juices) and chicken broth.
