Ingredients
+Brownies:
°1 c unsalted butter
°2 c honey sugar
°4 eggs
°1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
°3/4 cup cocoa powder
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon orange zest
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°1/2 c fresh orange juice
+For cream cheese frosting:
°8 ounces soft cream cheese
°1/2 c unsalted butter, soft
°4 cups powdered sugar
°1 tsp of vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) also grease the 9 × 13″ pan.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, whisking sugar also eggs until well blended. Add melted butter also mix until well mixed
In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder also salt. Gradually adding dry ingredients to egg mixture, mixing until combined.
Add orange zest, vanilla extract and orange juice until well blended.
Pour mix to prepared loaf pan also bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick is inserted in the center of the brownies.
Letting brownies cool completely in the pan.
For cream cheese frosting, in a large bowl, whisk the cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until well blended.
Spread frosting on cooled brownies and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serve
