Revitalizing Beet and Lemon Juice

Ingredients:

  • 6 fresh kale leaves
  • 3 carrots, washed and peeled
  • 2 red apples, chopped
  • 1 beetroot, cleaned and peeled
  • 1 peeled lemon
  • A 2.5 cm piece of ginger

Tip: Opt for organic fruits and vegetables to maximize health benefits.


Instructions:

  1. Pour 1 to 2 cups of water into a blender.
  2. Add all the prepared ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture using a fine sieve to separate the juice from the pulp.
  4. Stir the juice well to ensure even consistency.
  5. For a refreshing twist, add a few ice cubes.
  6. Store any remaining juice in a glass jar and refrigerate to keep it fresh.

Precautions:

  • Avoid lemon if you have ulcers, heartburn, or a citrus allergy.
  • If you take antacids or medication for blood pressure or heart conditions, consult your doctor before consuming lemon.
  • Beets should be avoided if you are on blood thinners or have kidney problems.
