The Famous Apple Pie That Melts in Your Mouth

 

A simple and easy recipe that everyone loves. With soft, tender apples and a perfectly balanced blend of spices, this apple pie is guaranteed to become your favorite.

Ingredients:

4 apples (500 g), chopped into small dice, unpeeled

 

3 large eggs

180 ml milk

150 g cane sugar

A pinch of salt

300 g all-purpose flour

80 ml seed oil (or any neutral oil)

10 g baking powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Apples:

Wash and chop the apples into small dice, leaving the skin on for extra texture and flavor. Set them aside.

2. Mix the Wet Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the milk, seed oil, vanilla extract, and lemon zest, then stir until well combined.

3. Combine the Dry Ingredients:

In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Slowly add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.

4. Add the Apples:

Fold the chopped apples into the batter using a spatula, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

5. Bake the Pie:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a round cake pan or line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
