Ingredients
°8 lemons, cut into slices
°Half a serving of ginger root, cut into coarse cubes
°1/2 cup of honey
°1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
°water
Preparation
- Add ingredients to slow cooker.
- Fill slow cooker with water up to top rim.
- Gently stirring mixture to blend all ingredients.
- Set the slow cooker to a low heat and cover it with a lid.
- Simmer for 4-6 hours, or until the flavors blend.
- After required soaking time has elapsed, carefully strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to removing any solids.
- Transfering filtered liquid to a clean container, such as a jar or bottle.
- Allow the treatment to cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
When you experience unwell, take a small quantity of the treatment and blend it with heat water to make a calming drink.
