Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and salt, then mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is slightly set but still gooey.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
