Hot Fudge Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Sift in the cocoa powder and salt, then mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is slightly set but still gooey.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of hot fudge sauce. Enjoy!
