Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Prepare the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Transfer to a plate and set aside. - Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let the mixture simmer gently. - Add Parmesan & Thicken the Sauce
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. - Combine & Serve
Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy Parmesan sauce until fully coated. Arrange the golden chicken bites on top. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
