Golden Garlic Chicken Bites over Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Chicken
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  3. Make the Sauce
    In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let the mixture simmer gently.
  4. Add Parmesan & Thicken the Sauce
    Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Combine & Serve
    Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy Parmesan sauce until fully coated. Arrange the golden chicken bites on top. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
