Fried Chicken

Ingredients

°1 Chicken cut into 8 pieces

°2 eggs

°150g Flour

°20cl Milk

°0.5 tbsp. garlic-powder

°oil

°Salt

°Pepper

* Methods : 

Beat eggs with fork with milk. Pour flour to a plastic bag. Adding garlic 1/2 tsp. ground pepper & 1/2 tsp of salt.

Turn the chicken pieces in the eggs enclose them in the bag shake in all directions to coat the chicken well in the flour.

Heat 2 cm oil in  sauté pan. Frying chicken pieces for 20 min over medium heat turn them halfway through cooking. Drain on absorbent paper. Serving with sweet corn.
