1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced

4 slices bacon, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until it’s crispy. Remove the bacon, leaving the rendered fat in the skillet, and set aside.

2. Brown the Sausage: Add the sliced smoked sausage to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside with the bacon.

3. Sauté the Shrimp: Add olive oil and minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, then add the shrimp. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

4. Cook the Cabbage: Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet, seasoning with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir occasionally and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender but retains a slight crunch.

5. Combine and Heat: Return the bacon, sausage, and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
