- Broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Black pepper
- 1 garlic, finely chopped
- Dill , killed. Add salt and rice. Cook, covered, until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed (18-20 minutes). Put aside.
- Prepare the vegetables:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Saute the carrots until they soften slightly.
- Add broccoli florets and red pepper. Cook until thoroughly cooked.
- Mix the mushrooms and dried ginger and cook until all the vegetables are soft but still cooked.
- Prepare the egg mixture:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl with soy sauce, ketchup and mayonnaise to add flavor.
- Combine Ingredients:
- Arrange vegetables on side of pan. Pour the egg mixture into the center and let sit before mixing with the vegetables.
- Add cooked rice, mix well with vegetables and eggs. Knead together for a few minutes.
- Add the dish:
- Add the chopped garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another minute or two.
- Garnish and serve:
- Remove from heat. Sprinkle chopped dill into the juice for a colorful flavor.
