Butterfinger Peanut Butter Bars

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ¼ cups melted unsalted butter
  • 5 Butterfinger bars, crushed
  • 2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 16 ounces confectioners’ sugar
  • 24 ounces chocolate candy coating, melted

Instructions:

  1. Crush the Butterfingers into small pieces and set them aside.
  2. Mix peanut butter and melted butter in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the dry ingredients: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and confectioners’ sugar until well combined.
  4. Fold in the crushed Butterfingers, making sure they are evenly distributed.
  5. Prepare the pan: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  6. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan, ensuring an even layer.
  7. Melt the chocolate candy coating and pour it evenly over the peanut butter mixture.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until firm.
  9. Cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
