Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

Step 5: Assemble the Lasagna
1. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the cream sauce on the bottom.
2. Add a layer of lasagna noodles, followed by the buffalo chicken mixture, a dollop of ricotta mixture, and a sprinkle of mozzarella, cheddar, and blue cheese (if using).
3. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of noodles topped with the remaining cheeses.
Step 6: Bake
1. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.

1. Allow the lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
