Triple Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup Reese’s Pieces
  • ½ cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
  • ½ cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep – Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients – In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients – In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Add the Reese’s Goodness – Gently fold in the Reese’s Pieces, peanut butter chips, and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  5. Form & Bake – Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll them into balls, and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Lightly press down on each dough ball.
  6. Bake to Perfection – Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
