Strawberry Banana Pudding Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes vanilla wafers
  • 6 to 8 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 container fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 (5 oz.) box French vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (or an equal amount of homemade sweetened whipped cream)

Instructions:

 

1. Arrange a layer of vanilla wafers at the bottom of a 13×9-inch dish, then evenly distribute the sliced bananas on top.

2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla pudding mix until smooth and thickened.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is creamy and well combined.

4. Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

5. Add the cream cheese mixture to the prepared pudding and stir until smooth and uniform.

6. Pour the combined mixture over the banana and cookie layer, then sprinkle the chopped strawberries over the top.

7. Finish by layering the remaining vanilla wafers on top.

8. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours until chilled and set. Serve and enjoy!
