Steamed Fish with Spicy Lime and Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

For the Fish:
– 2 white fish fillets (such as sea bass, cod, or tilapia)
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
– Salt and pepper to taste

For the Sauce:
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1-2 red chili peppers, thinly sliced
– 2 tablespoons fish sauce
– 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– 2 green onions, thinly sliced
– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Fish:
    – Season the fish fillets with soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
