Simple and Quick Chocolate Cake Recipe

 

This recipe creates a delicious chocolate cake that you can enjoy straight from the pan!


Ingredients:

1½ cans of sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

1 tablespoon of butter

1 container of cream (heavy or whipping cream)

Chocolate sprinkles (to taste, for topping)


Instructions:

1. Prepare the batter:

In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter.

Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens into a smooth, fudgy consistency (similar to a brigadeiro).

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

2. Add the cream:

Stir in the cream until fully incorporated. This will create a rich and creamy chocolate mixture.

3. Pour into the pan:

Transfer the mixture to a greased pan (preferably a small baking dish or loaf pan). Spread it evenly.

4. Chill and set:

Allow the cake to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

5. Decorate and serve:

Before serving, sprinkle chocolate sprinkles generously over the top.

6. Enjoy:

Slice directly from the pan and enjoy this decadent treat with a spoon or fork!
