Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 oz) can of Rotel, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ¾ cups Bisquick baking mix

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground sausage and softened cream cheese until well combined.
