Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 lb ground beef
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, etc.)
2 cups cooked macaroni noodles
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add the chopped onion and garlic powder to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Stir in the frozen vegetables, cooking for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef mixture, cooked macaroni noodles, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
7. Sprinkle the top with shredded cheddar cheese.
8. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
10. Serve hot and enjoy!
