Pineapple Fluff Delight

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk (for extra creaminess)
  • Maraschino cherries, for topping

How to Make It:

  1. Combine Pineapple & Pudding
    In a mixing bowl, stir together the drained crushed pineapple and the pudding mix. Let it sit for about 5 minutes—it’ll start to thicken up.
  2. Add the Whipped Topping
    Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the Goodies
    Stir in the marshmallows, coconut, and nuts (if using). Pour in the sweetened condensed milk for a richer texture and mix everything until well blended.
  4. Chill It
    Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. This helps all the flavors come together.
  5. Serve & Enjoy
    Scoop into individual bowls or cups, top each with a maraschino cherry, and dig in!
