Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup natural or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy, almond, coconut, or any preferred type)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Ice cubes, as desired
