Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Cheesy Breadsticks

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup cooked thin-sliced beef or steak tips
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder (optional, for a kick)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Marinara or queso cheese dip for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Mix the olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl, then brush it all over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan and half of the shredded provolone over the dough.
  5. Evenly spread the cooked beef slices over the cheese layer. Season with garlic powder, oregano, and a little salt.
  6. Fold the dough in half, press down gently, and slice it into strips using a pizza cutter.
  7. Twist each strip and place them on the baking sheet.
  8. Top with the rest of the cheese and a sprinkle of chili powder if you’re feeling spicy.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Serve warm with marinara or cheesy queso for dipping.
