- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella
- 1/2 cup cooked thin-sliced beef or steak tips
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp chili powder (optional, for a kick)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Marinara or queso cheese dip for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Mix the olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl, then brush it all over the dough.
- Sprinkle Parmesan and half of the shredded provolone over the dough.
- Evenly spread the cooked beef slices over the cheese layer. Season with garlic powder, oregano, and a little salt.
- Fold the dough in half, press down gently, and slice it into strips using a pizza cutter.
- Twist each strip and place them on the baking sheet.
- Top with the rest of the cheese and a sprinkle of chili powder if you’re feeling spicy.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with marinara or cheesy queso for dipping.
