No-Bake Banana Split Cake – Don’t LOSE this recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained

3 to 4 bananas, sliced

1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Chocolate syrup or hot fudge (for topping)

Maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crust:

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined.

Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.

2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer:

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the granulated sugar until smooth.

Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.

3. Add the Fruit Layers:

Spread the drained crushed pineapple over the cream cheese layer.

Arrange the sliced bananas evenly on top of the pineapple layer.

4. Top with Whipped Topping:

Spread the whipped topping over the bananas, covering the entire surface.

5. Add Toppings:

Sprinkle chopped nuts over the whipped topping, if desired.

Drizzle chocolate syrup or hot fudge on top for extra sweetness.

6. Garnish and Chill:

Place maraschino cherries on top for a decorative touch.

Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set.


Serve:
