Ingredients
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)
1 cup sugar
2 cups pineapple juice
2 liters ginger ale, chilled
1 pineapple, cut into chunks
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Preparation
- In a large pitcher, dissolve the sugar in the fresh lemon juice by stirring vigorously.
- Add the pineapple juice to the lemon-sugar mixture and stir to combine.
- Just before serving, pour the ginger ale into the pitcher.
