Mosaic Jelly Recipe with Only 4 Ingredients

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of heavy cream (approximately 14 ounces / 400 ml)
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (approximately 14 ounces / 400 ml)
  • 5 packets of flavored gelatin (0.3 ounces / 85 g each)
  • 2 packets of pineapple-flavored gelatin (0.3 ounces / 85 g each)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Flavored Gelatin:
    • Dissolve each flavored gelatin packet in ½ cup (125 ml) of boiling water, then add ½ cup (125 ml) of cold water.
    • Pour into separate containers and refrigerate until fully set.
  2. Cut the Gelatin:
    • Once firm, cut the gelatin into cubes or your preferred shape and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Pineapple Gelatin:
    • Dissolve both packets of pineapple gelatin in ¾ cup (175 ml) of boiling water per packet.
    • Add ¾ cup (175 ml) of cold water per packet, then mix well.
  4. Make the Cream Mixture:
    • In a large bowl, mix the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk.
    • Add the warm pineapple gelatin mixture and stir until smooth.
  5. Assemble the Mosaic Jelly:
    • Gently fold the gelatin cubes into the creamy mixture.
    • Transfer to a glass dish and refrigerate until fully set.

Tips:

  • Use a variety of gelatin flavors for a colorful and visually appealing dessert.
  • Ensure the gelatin cubes are completely cooled before mixing with the cream to prevent melting.
  • Add diced fruits like strawberries, kiwi, or pineapple for extra flavor.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
