Melt-in-Your-Mouth 2-Ingredient Biscuits

 

Quick, fluffy, and delicious bites that come together in minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups White Lily self-rising flour
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour and heavy whipping cream. Stir gently with a spoon or spatula until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Gently pat it into a ¾-inch thick rectangle.
  4. Use a biscuit cutter or a round glass to cut out biscuits. Gather any scraps, gently reshape, and cut again.
  5. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased, close together for softer sides or spaced apart for crispier edges.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with butter, honey, or jam.
