Ingredients:
- 2 cups White Lily self-rising flour
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour and heavy whipping cream. Stir gently with a spoon or spatula until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Gently pat it into a ¾-inch thick rectangle.
- Use a biscuit cutter or a round glass to cut out biscuits. Gather any scraps, gently reshape, and cut again.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased, close together for softer sides or spaced apart for crispier edges.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with butter, honey, or jam.
