Magic Slimming Banana & Oat Cake

 

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 g honey (or sweetener of your choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
  2. Add the eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased or lined baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and a knife comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
