Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 200 g rolled oats
- 500 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 30 g honey (or sweetener of your choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 packet of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add the eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased or lined baking dish.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and a knife comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
