LEMON CAKE

Ingredients:

2-3 lemons Lemon peel
80ml lemon juice
4 medium eggs
260 grams of sugar
170 ml of sunflower oil
170ml milk 260g flour 00
70 gr of potato starch a bag of baking powder

Preparation:

1. Mix the lemon zest and juice together.

2. Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the oil lemon paste milk flour starch and yeast.

3. Pour the mixture into the donut pan and bake at 356°F/180° for 35/40 minutes
