Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups
Savory beef, creamy cheese, and fresh veggies create pure bliss!
Ingredients:
- 🧀 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
- 🍖 16 ounces ground beef
- 🧅 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
- 🌶️ 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 🥫 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧁 4 ounces cream cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the cheese shells:
Place small piles (about 1/4 cup each) of shredded Monterey Jack cheese on the baking sheet. Flatten them slightly into circles. Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy. Let them cool slightly to firm up but remain flexible. - Prepare the filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. - Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese. Cook until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is creamy and well combined. Remove from heat.
- Assemble the roll-ups:
