Ingredients
°2 tablespoons butter I use salted
°2 tablespoons of honey
°1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
°2 ounces cream cheese cut into pieces
°1/4 tsp salt
°1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
-In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey. Once melt, add the frozen corn and cook for 5-8 mn, stirring occasionally, to cooked through.
-Add the cream cheese, salt and pepper. Mix and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve immediately. Leftovers keep well, covered in a container & stored in the fridge.
