Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- Add the flour, salt, and oil, then mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm spot for about an hour, or until it doubles in size.
- Preheat the Oven:
- Set your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it inside to preheat.
- Shape the Dough:
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your preferred thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza peel.
- Assemble the Pizza:
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top.
- Add your favorite toppings.
- Bake the Pizza:
- Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust turns golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
