Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dry ingredients:
In a large bowl, sift together the wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon (if using), and salt. Set aside. - Mix the wet ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the brown sugar until light and creamy. Add the melted butter, orange juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined. - Combine wet and dry ingredients:
