Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare Your Oven and Baking Sheet
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
2. Cook the Ground Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook it thoroughly until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Once the beef is fully cooked, drain any excess grease to avoid a soggy filling.
3. Season and Combine the Filling
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cooked beef. Stir well to evenly distribute the seasonings. Lower the heat and mix in the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheeses are melted and fully combined with the beef. Remove the skillet from heat and set it aside to cool slightly.
4. Prepare the Biscuit Dough
Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Flatten each biscuit into a thin circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
5. Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs
Take one flattened biscuit and place a generous spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center. Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching them together to seal completely. Make sure there are no gaps to prevent the filling from leaking during baking. Repeat this process for all the biscuits.
6. Brush with Garlic Parmesan Butter
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the grated Parmesan cheese. Use a pastry brush to coat the tops of each cheeseburger bomb generously with the garlic Parmesan butter mixture.
7. Bake to Perfection
Arrange the sealed bombs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one to allow for expansion. Place the sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and puffed up.
8. Garnish and Serve
Once baked, remove the bombs from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a fresh, colorful touch.
