Ingredients:
- Tangerines, peeled and sections separated
- Kiwis, peeled and sliced
- Persimmons, peeled and sliced
- Grapefruit, peeled and sections separated
- Apple, cored and chopped
- Banana, peeled and sliced
- 8 g agar-agar
- 50 ml water
- 350 ml milk
- 200 grams condensed milk
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Agar-Agar Mixture:
In a small bowl, dissolve the agar-agar in 50 ml of water. Stir well to ensure it’s fully dissolved.
2. Heat the Agar-Agar:
Pour the agar-agar mixture into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Stir continuously to prevent it from clumping. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
3. Combine Milk and Condensed Milk:
In a separate saucepan, heat the 350 ml of milk and 200 grams of condensed milk. Stir until the condensed milk fully dissolves into the milk, creating a smooth mixture.
4. Combine Agar-Agar and Milk Mixture:
Once the agar-agar has thickened, pour it into the warm milk and condensed milk mixture. Stir well to combine. Continue to heat gently for another 1-2 minutes, making sure everything is well mixed.
5. Prepare the Fruit:
While the milk mixture is heating, arrange the peeled and chopped fruits (tangerines, kiwis, persimmons, grapefruit, apple, and banana) in serving bowls or glasses.
6. Pour the Milk Mixture:
Once the milk and agar-agar mixture is ready, pour it over the fruits in each bowl. Make sure the fruits are evenly coated with the milk mixture.
7. Cool and Serve:
Let the dessert cool at room temperature for a few minutes. Then, refrigerate it for 1 hour or until it sets.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
