- Ingredients:
Onions
Peppers
Red potatoes
Creole and garlic seasoning
Oil

- Directions:
Sauté onions and peppers in a tad of oil
Add diced potatoes (we prefer red) and a bit more oil season (we use creole and garlic seasoning) cook until tender. Stirring regularly.
I remove from pan to drain excess oil.
I do in oven and electric skillet.
