Ingredients:
- 1 grated apple
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 1 egg
- 100 g flour (wheat or oat)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or a splash of vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt and egg until smooth.
Stir in the grated apple.
Add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon or vanilla if using.
Gently mix until you have a thick, smooth batter.
