Instructions:
1. Prepare the Lentils:
Rinse the lentils thoroughly and soak them in water for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Drain the lentils and blend them in a food processor or blender until smooth.
2. Combine Wet Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and yogurt until smooth.
3. Mix the Dry Ingredients:
Add salt, dried garlic, and baking powder to the lentil paste. Stir well.
4. Combine All Ingredients:
Gradually mix the lentil paste with the egg and yogurt mixture.
Fold in the Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Mix until evenly combined.
5. Bake:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6. Serve:
Let the cheese bread cool slightly before cutting. Serve warmor at room temperature.
