Ingredients:
3 plain yogurts (375 g)
2 eggs
150 g sugar
100 g flour
50 g melted butter
1 packet of baking powder (about 11 g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix the yogurts with the sugar until smooth.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract, blending until the mixture is homogeneous.
5. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together, then gradually fold them into the yogurt mixture, stirring gently to avoid lumps.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Let the cake cool on a wire rack before unmolding and serving.
