1 lb ground beef
8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

1. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Beef:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
3. Make the Sauce:
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and paprika.
Mix until the cheeses are fully melted and the sauce thickens.
4. Combine:
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss well to coat the pasta in the creamy beef sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
