1 lb ground beef

8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

1 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions: 👩‍🍳

1. Cook the Pasta:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Beef:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.

Pour in the beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer.

Stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and paprika.

Mix until the cheeses are fully melted and the sauce thickens.

4. Combine:

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss well to coat the pasta in the creamy beef sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
