- 8 slices of bacon, each cut into thirds
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a greased wire rack on top. - Prepare Chicken & Bacon
Lightly season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Wrap each piece with a third of a bacon slice and secure it with a toothpick. - Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder until the sugar dissolves completely. - Glaze the Bites
Dip each bacon-wrapped chicken bite into the glaze, ensuring it’s well coated. Arrange them on the prepared rack. - Bake to Perfection
Place in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until the bacon is crispy and chicken is fully done. - Serve & Enjoy
Let the bites cool slightly, then serve warm. Perfect for parties or a sweet and savory appetizer!
